Celebrated Earth Day by making guacamole, chilled spicy tomato and roasted red pepper soup with fresh basil and Baetje Farms goat cheese, parrano and cheddar grilled cheese on rosemary olive bread, and a glass or two of 2007 Counts Hollow Norton wine from Steelville, MO. Oh yeah, and recycled :-)
